Balloons over Broadway
Today we learned about Tony Sarg and how he created the first balloons for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. The students are designing their own balloons and will make a paper mâché balloon over the course of summer reading program. This is a fun website about the Macy's parade: www.macys.com/parade
